Get familiar with the RRTA website listed above. Watch some of the tutorial videos. Register for both text and email alerts.

Walk down to Ewell Plaza (in front of the Lancaster Public Library) to see where bus 1 (going to the Southeast) and bus 13 leave from.
Get your Senior Pass or if you are not 65+ then get some tickets on your phone or buy a 10 ride pass (red card)
Plan a bus ride for yourself and see how it works. If you have questions ask the bus driver. They are usually very friendly.
One of the toughest things for me to do and to teach is, 'how to determine when to pull the yellow cord to get off the bus'
The rule of thumb is this: pull the yellow cord AFTER you pass the bus stop which is RIGHT BEFORE your stop. I use a combination
of Google Maps and the MyStop App to watch the bus and find that place. Oh and when getting off the bus - ALWAYS thank the bus
driver!
