About Me

My name is Charlie Gross.
I am a retired ltcol from the Delaware Air National Guard.
I flew C-130s for 20 years and loved it.
I retired in 1999 and started working for the Presbytery of Donegal.
God called me into ministry through the prayers of many and the voice of my wife.
I went to Lancaster Theological Seminary and completed my Master of Divinity in 2003.
I became ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. in 2004
Since then, I have been working as the Associate Executive Presbyter for the Presbytery of Donegal. (with a 3 year stint as the Acting Executive)
I left this position at the end of 2010 to start a coaching practice. I am the chief encouragement officer at Post-Conference Coaching.com and Empowering Encouragement.
I love travelling, photography, videography, podcasting, reading management, leadership, and process improvement books. I also love motivational speaking and am preparing to be an executive coach.
