Charlie is a retired LtCol from the Delaware Air National Guard. He flew C-130 aircraft for 20 years and retired in 1999. He is a Presbyterian Teaching Elder at West Grove Presbyterian Church in West Grove, PA. He is also a professional coach with training from Coach University. Charlie published his first book in May 2010 at Lulu.com, titled, Creative Leadership Ideas. He published a second book in November 2011, titled, Achieving (the story). He is an avid podcaster and creative thinker.
